Contract
• Expertise in ITSM modules, catalog items, record producers, workflows, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Spokes, and UI Builder.
• Solution designing for catalog items, workflows and flow designers is must
• Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, client-side & server-side, Glide API). • Experience in Service Portal development and customizations. • Good knowledge of CMDB data handling, bulk data imports, and transform maps. • Ability to work with clients to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. • Experience in integrations with external systems. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specs, and test plans.
• ServiceNow certification CSA is mandatory.
• ServiceNow certifications CAD / CIS-ITSM are mandatoryt
