Job Description

As a Product Owner within the enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) team, you will be responsible for setting and leading the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) capability management and product delivery. This role will advise and consult organizational Business/IT teams and leadership on IGA strategy, IAM & IGA solutions and best practices based on corporate standards and industry trends. The selected candidate will work on leading and expanding the adoption of corporate standard IGA solutions including on-prem and cloud IGA products. The candidate will promote a centralized access management architecture across complex organizations within the enterprise as well as present automation of access provisioning and governance of current and newly acquired technologies.

Major Responsibilities

• Define, create, and own roadmaps, strategies, and prioritization for IGA capabilities based on customer, business, market, financial, technical, operational, vendor and other relevant insights

• Balance team capacity against demands and budget

• Drive capability area KPIs – adoption/usage, productivity, customer satisfaction/NPS, etc.

• Gather and understand the Voice of the Customer, Voice of the Business, and foster customer relationships across the enterprise

• Responsible for vendor engagement and management

• Partner with delivery, engineering, development, operations, support, other technology teams to meet customer needs

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product development and/or product management experience

• 7+ years of experience with agile software development

• 5+ years of experience collaboratively writing Capabilities, Features, User Stories

• 3+ years of experience with IAM design, architecture, implementation and maintenance of ForgeRock or similar solution

• At least one year of experience with Forgerock

• Experience implementing MFA with ForgeRock

• Experience implementing Active Directory and LDAP

Nice to have

• Experience with Secret Double Octopus

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification

• Certified Project Mgmt Professional (PMP)
