- Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Consultant with deep, hands-on expertise in the Profisee MDM platform to join our Data & Analytics team. This role is pivotal in establishing and maturing our enterprise MDM capabilities, ensuring the integrity, consistency, and governance of critical business data across our P&C insurance operations.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical platform expertise, data governance acumen, and insurance domain knowledge to design, implement, and operationalize robust MDM solutions that serve as the authoritative source of truth for our enterprise data assets.Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in enterprise data management, with at least 3+ years of hands-on, production-level experience with the Profisee MDM platform.
Demonstrated experience delivering MDM solutions in financial services, insurance, or similarly regulated industries.
Proven track record of implementing Party/Customer, Policy, or Product master data domains in complex enterprise environments.
