Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Business Analyst to join our team for a 1-year contract position. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in SAP modules, including PP, MM, SD, and VC, and have a mandatory background in the manufacturing domain, specifically within the semiconductor industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Act as a Business Systems Analyst specializing in Order Management & Execution to streamline processes across the organization.
•    Leverage 7+ years of SAP experience, including 3+ years specifically in MM, PP, SD (VC), to ensure effective system interoperability, data migration, and workflow optimization.
•    Work closely with Business Units (BU) and Global Information Systems (GIS) teams to understand and deliver on operational requirements.
•    Develop and enhance interface solutions from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 and support other integrated systems such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, and BI/Dashboards.
•    Collaborate on the integration of Operations Planning & Execution systems to enhance efficiency and support data-driven decision-making processes.
•    Ensure alignment with business and IT strategies by engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement solutions.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to system functionality and ensure high reliability in system performance.

 

Qualifications:
•    7+ years of overall SAP experience with a focus on MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), SD (Sales and Distribution), and VC (Variant Configuration).
•    3+ years of specialized experience with the above SAP modules, specifically in a manufacturing domain setting.
•    Mandatory experience in the Semiconductor industry with a deep understanding of its unique operational challenges and requirements.
•    Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and experience with data migration and integration projects.
•    Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and other planning and execution platforms like SAP IBP and Kinaxis is highly desirable.
•    Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including GIS and BU partners, to design and implement effective solutions.
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

Preferred Skills:
•    Experience in developing and optimizing BI dashboards for performance monitoring and decision support.
•    Exposure to advanced data integration techniques and workflow automation within complex manufacturing environments.

 

Note: This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days per week onsite at our Fremont, CA location.
