Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies across Salesforce environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC), integrations, and DevOps tools, ensuring seamless and scalable delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using tools like Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or similar
- Manage Salesforce deployments across multiple environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod)
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to streamline release processes
- Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex code
- Implement and manage version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket)
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and static analysis
- Monitor and troubleshoot deployment issues and production incidents
- Enforce best practices for security, governance, and performance optimization
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and DevOps culture
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 13+ years of IT experience with strong focus on Salesforce platform
- Proven experience in Salesforce DevOps / Release Management
- Hands-on expertise in CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Strong development experience in Apex, LWC, Visualforce
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP APIs, third-party systems)
- Proficiency in Git-based version control systems
- Knowledge of Salesforce DX (SFDX) and packaging
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, DevOps, Architect)
- Experience with middleware tools like MuleSoft
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks
- Exposure to enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
