🔷 Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong technical leadership, architectural vision, and hands-on experience across multiple Salesforce platforms.
🔷 Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related platforms
- Lead technical solution design ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Define and enforce Salesforce governance, security, and data management frameworks
- Architect and oversee integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs and middleware tools
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and resolve complex system issues
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including architecture diagrams and technical specifications
🔷 Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or Senior Developer with architecture responsibilities
- Strong expertise in:
- Apex, Lightning (LWC/Aura), Visualforce, SOQL
- Salesforce DX and deployment strategies
- Deep understanding of:
- Salesforce data modeling
- Security and access control
- Identity and access management
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
🔷 Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certifications such as:
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Application Architect
- System Architect
- Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce implementations
- Prior experience in enterprise-scale environments
