🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Icertis CLM (ICM) Application Support / Functional Consultant to provide L2/L3 support, manage incidents, and deliver configuration enhancements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes and hands-on experience with the Icertis platform.

This role requires a blend of functional knowledge (legal, procurement, sales contracts) and technical troubleshooting skills to ensure smooth platform operations and continuous improvements.


🛠 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Application Support & Issue Resolution

  • Provide L2/L3 support for the Icertis ICM platform
  • Handle incident and problem management within SLA timelines
  • Troubleshoot issues related to:
    • Workflows
    • Templates
    • Clause libraries
    • Integrations
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes or enhancements
  • Monitor data flows and resolve integration issues
  • Collaborate with legal, procurement, and sales teams
  • Work with IT teams and external vendors for issue resolution
  • Maintain user guides and knowledge base documentation
  • Provide regular status updates and reporting

🔹 Configuration & Enhancements

  • Perform minor enhancements and configuration updates
  • Modify and maintain:
    • Workflows
    • Templates
    • Clause libraries
    • Approval matrices
  • Support release cycles and patch updates
  • Ensure system configurations align with business requirements

Required Skills & Experience

🔹 Functional Skills

  • Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
  • Knowledge of legal contracting, procurement, or sales processes

🔹 Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Icertis ICM configuration
  • Experience with:
    • Workflow configuration
    • Template and clause management
  • Basic knowledge of:
    • APIs and integrations
    • JSON / XML
    • SQL (preferred)

🔹 Experience

  • 7–10 years of experience in CLM or enterprise application support
  • 3–5 years of experience with Icertis platform (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment
