Role: BA/Scrum Master with Payments Domain – MUST
Job Description:
- Strong experience with Swift, FedWires, ISO20022 messaging & payment processing – SME/ Technical BA.
- Develop use cases, functional specifications, and user stories for payment system enhancements.
- Partner with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Operations to deliver effective payment solutions.
- Map legacy payment formats to ISO 20022 message structures for Fedwire Funds Service and international payments.
- Identify and implement automation and process improvements in Wire Payments workflows.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory and network standards, including Fedwire guidelines and the FinCEN Travel Rule.
- Support fraud prevention, risk management, and AML compliance within payment operations.
- Define and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for payment system upgrades.
- Work closely with QA teams to validate payment message formats such as pacs.008, pacs.004, and camt messages.
- Monitor, track, and resolve defects and issues related to payment processing.
- Proficient in SWIFT MT and MX message formats.
- Experience with payment system integrations, APIs, and core banking platforms.
- Scrum master -in a hybrid role….
- STRONG Comm skills
- Ability/Awareness to use GenAI tools to enhance productivity is expected. (NOT looking for GenAI engr/LLM expertise etc!)
- Having theoretical blockchain familiarity a huge PLUS.
- ACH expertise(NACHA rules) and FedNow/RTP payments expertise isn’t necessarily expected as part of current priorities.
