⭐ Key Skills & Experience:
• Strong experience with ServiceNow CMDB (CI classes, relationships, lifecycle management)
• Hands-on with Discovery, Service Mapping & Integration Hub (ETL)
• Solid understanding of ITOM & ITSM modules
– Incident, Change & Problem Management
• ITIL v4 knowledge with focus on Configuration Management
• CMDB data normalization, reconciliation & duplicate elimination • Experience with automated discovery tools • Integrations with SCCM, Active Directory & enterprise systems • Basic scripting using JavaScript & Glide API • Experience building CMDB Health Dashboards, audits & compliance reports • Strong analytical, documentation & communication skills
