Expert-level experience (10+ years) on the ServiceNow platform
Strong hands-on development experience with ServiceNow delivered and custom applications
Extensive experience using App Engine Studio, UI Builder, Form Builder, and ServiceNow Studio IDE
Proven expertise in leading technical design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, scalability, performance, and reliability
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow coding, configuration, testing, and documentation
Excellent experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and Agile user story creation
Ability to guide large teams and lead architectural discussions
