ServiceNow Project Manager
Duration: 6+ months
Location: Hybrid – Sacramento, CA – 2 days/week

Job Description
Responsibilities include:
• Lead and manage ServiceNow projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met within budget and on schedule
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and client stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
• Develop and maintain project plans, resource scheduling, budget tracking, and risk management strategies
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and expectations, and provide timely updates on project progress
• Ensure project quality and compliance with ServiceNow best practices and standards
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks, and escalate as needed to ensure project success
• Conduct project post-mortems and identify areas for improvement for future projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT project management, specifically with ServiceNow projects
• ServiceNow certification(s) preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
• Experience in Agile project management methodologies
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles
