Role : Senior Salesforce Developer/ Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flow across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform Cloud
- Architect scalable solutions adhering to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and Governor Limits optimization
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools
- Lead code reviews, establish coding standards, and mentor junior developers on best practices and design patterns
- Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and implement monitoring solutions for production environments
- Conduct requirements analysis, provide technical recommendations, and participate in solution design discussions
- Develop comprehensive test plans, automation scripts, and ensure quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle
- Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry best practices
- Lead deployment strategies, manage change management, and ensure minimal production impact
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7-12 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flows
- Advanced knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform Cloud features and customizations
- Proven expertise in CPQ/Revenue Cloud implementations, including pricing models and quote workflows
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, multi-tenancy, and data architecture
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, authentication protocols, and API-based integrations
- Proficiency in debugging tools (Developer Console, SOQL, logs analysis)
- Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub)
- Experience in Copado CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
- Experience in Gainsight, Marketo, IronClad applications
- Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist/ Revenue Cloud Consultant (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
