C2C Hiring || Scrum Master with Java API || Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Position: Scrum Master with Java API

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid- 3 days onsite)

Work Mode: C2C

Job Summary

We are looking for a Scrum Master with strong experience in Java-based API development teams. The candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and work closely with Java backend and API engineers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

  • 5+ years as Scrum Master in Agile environment
  • Strong understanding of Java, REST APIs, Microservices architecture
  • Experience working with Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful services
  • Knowledge of API lifecycle, integration, and testing
  • Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, Agile metrics
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM) preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • SAFe / Large scale Agile experience
