Job Role and Responsibilities:
Required Skills (3 at most):
• SAP Program Management Resource will assist in various SAP/ERP programs/projects related to technology and service transitions. Manage reporting and resolution of issues, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying potential planning gaps, implementing mitigations to risks, and driving actions to close issues.
• Creating and negotiating statements of work, program planning and milestone creation, financial reporting. Fluent in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
a) Experience on JIRA and HP ALM – Will be A+ , as both are being used in the program for tracking build, testing and Defects.
b) Experience on using SAP Solman & CHARM – Program use Charm and documentation to track build process and transports associated with
c) Experience putting together from scratch technical cutover plan and business cutover plan
d) Experience implementing Global Roll outs, current scope includes APAC, LATAM, NA, EU.
Project already completed design phase, we are now in build phase and next year will start testing phases follow by summer technical cutover and fall business cutover with GO LIVE Nov 2nd , 2026 plus Hypercare.
Nice to Have Skills:
• Good command of Microsoft office suite of tools, strong experience with MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint, Clarity PM and JIRA (Agile Project Management)
• Leading multiple Scrum teams to successfully complete contracted work through constant and clear communication, strong leadership, and development of relationships amongst team members, client peer group, and all stakeholder. PMP certification desired, Scrum Master certification required
