Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

15+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience, with at least 5+ years focused on performance tuning.

Strong knowledge of SAP performance analysis tools: ST05, SAT, SE30, Code Inspector, SQL Trace.

Expertise in modularization techniques, memory management, and efficient database access.

Experience with S/4HANA and understanding of HANA-specific performance considerations (e.g., CDS views, AMDP).

Familiarity with OData services, Fiori apps, and SAP Gateway is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
