The Release Train Engineer RTE is a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train ART This role facilitates ART events and processes assists teams in delivering value and drives relentless improvement across the train The RTE works closely with Product Management Engineering and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution

Track and communicate ARTlevel metrics and progress

Identify and resolve crossteam dependencies and risks

Foster collaboration across Agile teams Product Owners and stakeholders

Support Agile maturity and SAFe adoption across the organization

Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops
