Job Description –

1. Strong experience in handling Nortel Products including CS1000, 11C, 81C,Etc.,
2. Strong knowledge on Nortel Symposium system
3. Work experience in working on MDFs
4. Strong experience in working on ACDs and call routing
5. Work experience in application builder.
6. Strong knowledge on T1/E1 PRI trunks and protocols.
7. Strong knowledge in call pilot.
8. Work experience in working with All model of Analog, Digital and IP Phones of Nortel.
9. Strong experience in working with Telecom providers and activating circuits and decommission of circuits.
10. Work experience with Cisco call manager and Cisco phones.
11.  Excellent communication skill to work with end users and get their requirements and resolve their queries.
12. Hands on experience in working on ticketing tools such as Service Manager.
