Position : Network Engineer IV / DOCSIS / WiFi
Location : Englewood, CO 80112 (4 days onsite weekly) Need Local ID.
Duration : 6-12+ months contract

Position Responsibilities
DOCSIS Network Engineer:
Hands-on experience with 3.0, 3.1, and 4.0
Hands-on CPE DOCSIS & Network Infrastructure
Hands-on with AIDMA and OFDMA
Hands-on with RF
Knowledge and understanding of Cable Modem Configuration files CPE DOCSIS (CM), CMTS, iCMTS, Wi-Fi FW (Firmware and Log Analysis), and CPE operations. Help identify issues with the Modems, Root Cause Analysis and Device Analysis.
Experience building and validating network testing labs (switches, PDUs, modems, ONUs).
Experience with Linux jump boxes, including Bash configurations, SSH key authentication, and developer tooling.
Proficient in Python, Perl, Shell, SQL, REST APIs, and Linux systems.
WiFi Engineer:
Wi-Fi FW (Firmware connectivity and Log Analysis), and CPE operations
Understand WiFi
Read Log
Troubleshot logs
Find issues with logs
