JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIRED SKILLS:
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
– Define and communicate product vision aligned with company strategic objectives
– Develop and execute product strategy for virtual and physical desktop platforms
– Build and manage product roadmap reflecting end user needs and technology trends
– Lead cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies
– Prioritize and manage product backlog aligned with business goals
– Facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings
– Drive end-user experience through feedback, usability testing, and UX collaboration
– Monitor user metrics to support data-driven decisions
– Promote and implement cloud-based solutions for scalability and performance
– Collaborate with cloud providers for integration and deployment
– Ensure security by design in product development lifecycle
– Work with cybersecurity teams to mitigate vulnerabilities
– Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations
– Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality
– Partner with finance and procurement teams for budget adherence
– Support engineering and deployment of global desktop workspace platforms
– Operate within an agile platform engineering model
