Roles and Responsibilities:  

ROLE OVERVIEW:

·         The Oracle Core HR Functional Analyst will have strong functional background with Oracle Core HR configuration, overall systems navigation and understanding how foundation data renders on employee records.

·         Some technical experience will be required to support reporting and integration testing.

SKILLS REQD:

·         Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Configuration, including Autocomplete rules, Transaction design studio, Journeys, and approvals. 

· Understanding of data structures and table relationships to build, maintain and/or troubleshoot queries, reports, or integrations.

·         Experience with OTBI and BIP reports.
