Job Title : Oracle Apps Techno-Functional Lead

Location : Tulsa, OK (Hybrid)

Duration : 1+ Year

Primary Skills: Strong expertise in Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).

Roles and Responsibilities:  

·         Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Oracle EBS Finance solutions (R12 and later).

·         Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

·         Oversee the development and maintenance of custom extensions, interfaces, conversions, and reports (RICE components).

·         Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project timelines.

·         Manage system configurations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across Oracle EBS Finance modules.

·         Collaborate with functional leads to support Oracle EBS Financial modules, including:

o    General Ledger (GL)

o    Accounts Payable (AP)

o    Accounts Receivable (AR)

o    Fixed Assets (FA)

o    Cash Management (CM)

o    Subledger Accounting (SLA)

·         Lead and support EBS upgrades, patches, and integrations with other enterprise applications.

·         Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and deployment procedures.

·         Ensure compliance with SOX, security, and data governance standards in financial systems.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Oracle EBS performance, automation, and scalability.

 

Required Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

·         10+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite technical development experience, with at least 5+ years in a Lead Or Senior Developer role.

·         Strong expertise in Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).

·         Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow, and OA Framework.

·         Hands-on experience with RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).

·         Proven experience in EBS R12 upgrades, patches, and integrations.

·         Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes.

·         Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Knowledge of SOX compliance, IT controls, and financial system security best practices.
