Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable data architecture and pipelines for a Life Sciences platform. This is a hands-on onsite role where the candidate will act as both a technical leader and mentor, contributing directly to coding, architecture design, and system optimization. The role supports Clinical, Logistics, and Manufacturing domains within a regulated GxP environment.
Key Responsibilities
Hands-On Development
- Develop clean, well-documented, and high-performance code using Python or Scala
- Build data ingestion, transformation, and processing pipelines
Data Architecture & Design
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and robust data pipelines
- Develop and manage ETL / ELT workflows to support:
- Data Analytics
- Business Intelligence
- Machine Learning initiatives
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to:
- Understand data requirements
- Translate business needs into technical specifications
- Deliver actionable data solutions aligned with business goals
Data Modeling
- Design and maintain:
- Ensure seamless data flow across Clinical, Logistics, and Manufacturing modules of the Nexus platform
Quality, Governance & Compliance
- Implement and enforce:
- Data governance standards
- Data quality frameworks
- Security and compliance controls
- Ensure adherence to GxP processes and regulatory requirements
