Job Role and Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications across front end, back end, and database layers within a regulated GxP environment.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL/DB queries to support data integrity, analytics, and system enhancements.
• Access application and infrastructure servers, analyze logs, and support troubleshooting and root cause investigations.
• Manage and resolve incidents, perform impact analysis, triage issues across application layers, and ensure timely communication and closure.
• Monitor system health, perform log analysis, and proactively address performance, integration, or data issues.
• Successfully juggle multiple priorities, manage workloads in a dynamic environment, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Demonstrate strong communication and soft skills, including clear documentation, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non technical users.
Must-Have Skills:
Technical: SQL (Advanced), Full Stack Support, Log Analysis, Infrastructure Troubleshooting.
Compliance: GxP Environment, CSV (Computer System Validation), ALCOA+, CAPA.
Documentation: SOP Writing, Technical Specification Documents, Validation Deliverables.
Soft Skills: Stakeholder Management, Clear Communication (Technical to Non-Technical).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a regulated Pharma or Healthcare IT setup.
Knowledge of Python or Shell scripting for automation.
