C2C Hiring – Automation Anywhere Architect (RPA) – REMOTE

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Automation Anywhere Architect to design and implement automation frameworks and strategies for our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Automation Anywhere, particularly AA360, and a strong background in software engineering and automation tools.

• Design and implement automation frameworks and strategies using Automation Anywhere AA360.

• Evaluate current processes and identify areas for improvement through automation.

• Create and maintain documentation of automation processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.

• Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization for automation systems.

• Implement and maintain automation systems to reduce manual intervention.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Provide guidance to team members on automation tools and best practices.

• Investigate and use new technologies to enhance the automation process.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

• Extensive experience with Automation Anywhere, particularly AA360.

• Strong understanding of system integration and cloud-based technologies.

• Strong understanding of integration methods and approaches including credential vaults (CyberArk preferred)

• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Open to work from customer location/office if required.

• Ability to develop project plans for automation initiatives, including resource and budget estimations.

• Automation Anywhere certification (Bot Architect).

• Experience with AI/ML-based automation and Cognitive Automation.
