Build analytic systems, predictive and LLM models
Contract
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize LLMs for a variety of tasks, such as text generation, translation, question answering, and code generation
- Perform code auditing of team members to maintain proper coding standards maintained.
- Train and fine-tune LLMs using appropriate machine learning frameworks and tools
- Deploy LLMs to production and monitor their performance
- Lead the technical vision and execution of LLMs at scale
- Develop and implement LLM training and deployment strategies
- Collaborate with data scientists and senior data scientist to ensure that LLMs are trained on high-quality data
- Work with product managers to understand the needs of customers and users and develop LLMs that meet those needs
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in LLM technology
- Apply software security principles and best practices, secure coding, implementing authentication/authorization procedures.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of coding standards and practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements & plan sprints, and deliver high-quality software applications/solutions.
- Assist in effort estimation and meeting project deadlines.
- Actively participate in Agile team activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
