Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Program Manager with at least 10 years of overall experience and specific experience within the Financial Services industry. This role is accountable for the successful execution and delivery of highly visible, mission-critical cybersecurity projects in key control areas, including Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Identity Authentication and Authorization (IAA), and Data Protection. The successful candidate must demonstrate superior communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, and have expertise in managing project budgets up to $3M and utilizing tools like Azure DevOps, Clarity PPM, and PowerBI.

Job Description/Responsibilities

• Lead and drive execution of complex, high-visibility cybersecurity projects related to Identity & Access Management (PAM, IGA, IAA), Data Protection, Security Operations, or Attack Surface Management.
• Accountable for successful project delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet objectives.
• Manage project budgets up between $250K to $3M, comprised of internal and external labor.
• Work within a matrixed organization to drive delivery of complex projects involving multiple disciplines (Organizational Savvy).
• Conduct demand & capacity management and participate in financial planning and status reporting using Clarity PPM or similar tools.
• Identify, manage, and creatively resolve ambiguous or complex issues, gaining necessary alignment and support from leadership.
• Create and distribute reports using tools such as PowerBI or Tableau to assemble data, analyze patterns, and draw conclusions/recommendations.
• Document and manage projects using planning tools like MS Project or Azure DevOps (ADO) Boards.
• Apply knowledge of software delivery lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).

Mandatory Skills

1. Cyber Security program management (5+ years experience) with focus on Identity & Access Management (PAM, IGA, IAA) and Data Protection.
2. Great Problem solving, organization, analytical, and superior communication skills.
3. Proficiency with Project Management Tools: MS Project, Azure DevOps (ADO) Boards, or similar.
4. Proficiency with Financial/Status Reporting Tools: Clarity PPM or similar.
5. Proficiency with Reporting Tools: PowerBI, Tableau, or similar data reporting and analytics tools.
6. Experience managing project budgets up to $3M and working within the Financial Services industry (10+ years overall experience).
