Required Skills:
8+ years of experience eliciting/extracting detailed business/software application requirements from customer/project stakeholders or system artifacts.
8+ years of experience in obtaining and writing business, user and functional requirements, use cases, process models, workflows, creating screen mock-ups, report mock-ups, and technical documents with attention to detail.
7+ years of experience developing/maintaining test plans and detailed test cases, executing those tests, validating test results, and logging/tracking related defects.
24 months experience supporting an enterprise Learning Management System. Including system analysis, configuration, and reporting design and configuration.
24 months experience designing user interfaces for software applications using tools such as Balsamiq or equivalent.
