Mandatory

• Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) is a must
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Process Consultant
• 2+ years as Product Owner. 
• Knowledge of ArchiMate is a plus 
• Knowledge on Railroad, Travel & Logistics industry is plus 

Job Description

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Process Consultant and 2+ years as Product Owner. 
• Experience in creating current (as-is) and target state (to-be) business process models using any of the modeling tools such as ARIS, Sparks, Signavio, etc 
• Ability to model L1 to L5 business architecture models 
• Experience in process discovery and eliciting requirements by going through existing documentation, conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops 
• Ability to navigate through ambiguous environment and bring clarity to team with well-defined target state processes 
• Ability to translate target state into business requirement for implementation.  
• Ability to act as liaison conveying information needs of the business to IT teams 

Experience:

• Knowledge on Railroad, Travel & Logistics industry is plus 
• Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities 
• Excellent communication and strong customer facing skills 
• Experience working in onsite- offshore model 
• Experience working in time critical, fast paced environment
