Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in business architecture, business process management (BPM), or enterprise transformation.
- Hands-on experience using ARIS or Signavio for business process modeling and optimization.
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with proven experience in process improvement and operational excellence.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business models and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams and drive consensus among business and technology partners.
- Experience in Lean methodologies, process governance, and performance management frameworks is a plus.
