This role requires acting as a liaison between departments, especially between management and technical staff. You will build strategic solutions to help us achieve business objectives, improve efficiency, and provide cost-effective opportunities across the company.
In this position, you will:
• Develop a deep understanding of the Customer's internal corporate business functions to produce critical business insights.
• Analyze key areas like Employee, Revenue, and Business Operations data.
• Understand and support the Customer's strategic priorities.
• Research, evaluate, and plan technology-related business initiatives.
• Maintain open and responsive communication channels with the Customer's Corporate teams.
• Help business partners achieve their goals.

What You'll Do
• Lead, design, develop, and deploy business reporting and analytic solutions for Customer's corporate teams.
• Communicate the project portfolio, technology roadmap, and future business objectives regularly with business partners.
• Bridge the gap between key business objectives and technical capabilities by delivering coordinated solutions in partnership with stakeholders.
• Define the product vision and roadmap while driving adoption of newly delivered solutions.
• Conduct research (e.g., feasibility, market, industry, competitor) and provide thought leadership.
• Supervise the work of junior team members and temporary staff.
• Partner with engineering teams to implement and validate business solutions.
• Prepare documentation for improvements and customization and deliver training to super-users and peers.
• Implement process improvements and automation to optimize delivery, operations, and support processes.
• Perform impact analysis for business changes in collaboration with engineering.
• Collaborate daily with business users, engineers, QA, and managers to design, develop, deploy, operate, and support new business solutions.
• Coordinate and resolve daily production support issues efficiently.
• Participate in or lead process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
• Design sophisticated conceptual designs, application interfaces, interactions, and dashboards.
• Plan and establish post-go-live activities, including ongoing application support.

What You Need to Succeed
• Education: Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of equivalent practical experience.
• Experience:
o Supporting analytics in Revenue, Finance, and Employee data domains.
o Hands-on expertise with SQL Platforms (e.g., MySQL, PostGres, Teradata, Oracle).
o Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
