Business Analyst C2C requirements in Location: Houston TX

Job Title: Business Analyst (Trading Experience)
Location: Houston TX Hybrid: on site 4 days a week

Must Have Experience:

1. Business Analyst hands on from Oil & Gas or Energy Trading Futures background (Would consider Business Analyst from Financial background but must have Trading Future experience)
2. Must have hands on Trading Futures background from Oil & Gas or Energy. Track record delivering innovative technological solutions (Would consider Business Analyst from Financial Trading Futures)
3. Business Analyst with hands on experience with Credit Risk and understanding of Credit Risk in the market
4. Must have hands on experience with PL/SQL
5. Business Analyst who has hands on experience Financial Trading
6. Need a Business Analyst who comes from Data Analyst background
7. Business Analyst who has experience explaining the Trades to IT Teams / Stakeholders

Essential criteria

• Hybrid technologist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Trading industry and a track record delivering innovative technological solutions.
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills. 
• Robust skills in data analysis and SQL queries.
• Ability to establish appropriate governance, negotiate and facilitate global prioritization.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with technology staff and business stakeholders across multiple levels.
• Proven quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Desirable criteria:

• Familiar with data warehousing concept, system integration, and project delivery methodologies.
• Proven track record in understanding technology implementation within the Credit Risk space.
• Experience working with geographically remote stakeholders and teams including managed service providers.
