Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and research to gather detailed business requirements.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements, process flows, and business rules.
- Analyze current-state business processes and propose optimized future-state workflows.
Solution Design & Support
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable specifications for IT, development, or operational teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate solution options and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support design, testing, and implementation of new systems or enhancements.
Project Coordination
- Work closely with project managers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (if applicable) such as sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, or dependencies.
Testing & Validation
- Develop test cases and perform user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Document issues, track resolutions, and ensure user readiness.
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, vendors, and management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and project updates.
- Facilitate training and provide post-implementation support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
