Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to patient adherence, patient support programs, benefits, and onboarding journeys
- Work with stakeholders to define patient workflows, data flows, and business rules
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Support data analysis related to patient enrollment, adherence metrics, outcomes, and reporting
- Act as a liaison between business, IT, vendors, and patient services teams
- Support UAT planning and execution, including defect triage
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Healthcare / Life Sciences
- Strong experience in patient adherence, benefits verification, onboarding, patient data, or patient engagement platforms
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with CRM platforms (Veeva, Salesforce Health Cloud preferred)
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
