Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business systems, processes, and user needs to design and document functional requirements.
• Conduct business process mapping and reengineering to align business operations with technology solutions.
• Prepare solution options, risk identification, and perform cost/benefit and ROI analyses.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly communicated and implemented.
• Participate in software development reviews, design sessions, and system testing.
• Support and facilitate unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of user needs, functional specifications, and workflows.
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira to track requirements and progress.
• Provide recommendations for system enhancements, process automation, and data improvement.

This position requires a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

8	Required	Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
8	Required	Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both IT and business stakeholders
8	Preferred	Experience with case management system implementation
