Job Description:
Bot Maintenance & Development/Sustaining/non-close related |
Development of new bots which includes: wokring with stakeholders to identify, screen and prioritize appropriate bot opportunities; leading the bot design, modeling, testing, readiness and implemenation |
Mange post implemenation stablezation and maintence including: proving users with imediate guildence; resolving bot failures and performance issues. |
Perform maintenance of existing bots which includes: analyzing depending system change request, and make approiate bots updates in parraell; performing any required monthly/annual updates. |
Provide performance metrics, reporting and monitoring. |
Work with BPATs and ensure compliance and best practices followed. |
