Job Description:
Provide senior-level support for Azentio's Beyontech application, ensuring its optimal performance and availability.
Prioritize and help Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, working closely with internal teams and external Beyontech developers to provide bug fixes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization. Work closely with Beyontech’s development teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives. Monitor application performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
Manage application Change Requests, upgrades, patches, and configurations in collaboration with IT teams to test and promote fixes into production.
Maintain detailed records of support activities, including issue tracking and resolution documentation.
Communication and Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, application performance, and support activities.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their evolving needs and priorities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Mandatory Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior-level application support role, specifically with Azentio's Beyontech application.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Desirable Skills:
Proficiency in Hindi and Punjabi to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with insurance industry is a plus.
Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks for incident, problem, and change management.
