Responsibilities: –
· Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define scope
· Create documentation of requirements, user cases, process flows, data maps, wireframes etc.
· Manage Backlog and work with business teams to prioritize requirements
· Develop understanding of existing data architecture and future roadmap
Required Qualifications:-
· Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Data analytics, Computer Engineering, Math, Statistics, Economics or related analytics field from top-tier universities with strong record of achievement
· 3+ years of experience with analytical skills and an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach
· Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
· Experience of creating Data Architecture, Entity Relationship Diagram, Data Mapping etc.
· Comfortable with writing complex SQL queries for data retrieval & transformation
· Expertise in working with MicroStrategy and driving projects
· Good problem-solving skills, keen intellectual curiosity, strong attention to detail and sense of drive.
· Good to have knowledge of Palantir
· Good to have certification of AWS Sage Maker
· Experience in insurance domain is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:-
· SME in using MicroStrategy application for business requirements
· Strong experience of programming in SQL
· Knowledge of Cloud Platform (AWS / GCP / Azure)
· Prior experience in management consulting and/or analytics-based consulting
· Insurance domain experience is a must.
