Job summary:

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain automated deployment pipelines, infrastructure, and configurations

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline and automate build, deployment, and release processes

• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation

• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts using Python scripting

• Implement and manage continuous Azure Devops Engineer and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes and tools

• Monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, deployments, and automation workflows

• Implement and manage configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation opportunities

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Automation Engineer, or similar role

• Strong understanding and practical experience using Python

• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, practices, and methodologies

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell

• Hands-on experience with configuration management and us jobs infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform, CloudFormation)

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Solid working knowledge of NoSQL and MySQL databases, with preference Azure Devops Engineer given to experience with Cassandra

• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

• Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with related tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI)

• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack, Splunk)

• Knowledge of web and networking technologies on the server and client side

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
