He brings deep hands-on expertise across the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Crowd) along with strong skills in administration, automation, scripting (Groovy/JavaScript), integrations, Jira Service Management, CI/CD, cloud/server migrations, AWS, and enterprise-scale implementations.
Key Highlights:
12+ years of experience with Atlassian tools, administration, configuration, upgrades & migrations
Extensive Jira Server ? Cloud migration experience (1,500+ users)
Strong automation using ScriptRunner, JMWE, Groovy, Java, JavaScript
Deep experience in REST API integrations (ServiceNow, GitHub, Salesforce, qTest, Slack, MS Teams, etc.)
Hands-on with ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request) in JSM
AI-driven automation experience (Rovo AI, predictive analytics, intelligent triage)
Expertise with CI/CD (Jenkins, Bamboo), SCM (Git/SVN), and application servers (Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere)
Experience with AWS, Clustering, Data Center, HIPAA-compliant environments
Strong communication, training, and enterprise collaboration experience
Certifications: ACP-100, ACP-200, ACP-300, AWS Solution Architect
