Job Description: We are seeking an Associate Developer proficient in Agiloft with a strong understanding of ITAR compliance regulations. As part of our team, you will collaborate with senior developers and project managers to customize and enhance Agiloft solutions tailored to meet our organization's needs. Your responsibilities will include configuring workflows, implementing business rules, and integrating Agiloft with other systems as required. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Agiloft platform development, a solid grasp of ITAR guidelines, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and configure Agiloft applications to optimize functionality.
- Develop and implement Agiloft workflows and business rules.
- Integrate Agiloft with third-party applications and internal systems.
- Ensure compliance with ITAR regulations throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform testing, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience working with Agiloft platform development.
- Familiarity with ITAR compliance requirements and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Agiloft certification(s).
- Experience with database management and SQL.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile)
