Job Title- Archer GRC Developer

Location – Boston, MA; Dallas, TX; and Jersey City, NJ

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in development, maintenance, testing, and support of Archer 6.x GRC applications including and not limited to designing complex On-Demand Applications (ODAs), and complex workflows.
• 9 + years’ experience in Information Security, Information Technology, security controls, and GRC industry best practices.
• Expert level understanding of risk management, compliance, and governance principles, with hands-on experience in Archer solutions such as: Issue Management, Policy Management, Privacy Controls, Risk Register, and Risk Assessment.
• Strong command of web technologies including CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and XML, with the ability to develop custom solutions within the Archer platform.
• Experience in creating calculated Fields, Reports, iView's, Advanced Workflows and Dashboards for various programs and processes as well custom reporting, configuring Access Controls, Record Permission, Data Driven Events & Notifications.
• Expertise with integrating Archer with other tools/systems via advanced Data Feeds and RESTful APIs.
• Translates user needs into technical specifications by understanding, conceptualizing, and facilitating technical requirements from users.
• Robust critical thinking skills, coupled with a desire for growth, to learn and engage with peers in technical and design discussions.
• Passion to provide guidance on standard methodologies and mentoring support to the other developers.
• Experience with Snowflake, Power BI and Python integration is a plus.
• GRC Risk certifications (CRISC, CSIM, CISSP, GRCP) is nice to have.
