Job Title : Application Support Analyst

Rate : $52/ Hourly/ Contract -C2C

Location : Charlotte, North Carolina

Job Description 

We are looking for a mid-level Security Support Analyst to add to the Data Security team. We have an Internal Audit finding that needs to be remediated around unstructured data and access entitlements to that data. This will involve outreach to users and putting controls in place to effectively close the IA finding. This involves:

1. 1) Assess and remediate access packages (within Varonis Data Privilege and MS EntraID) for folders and directories to ensure appropriateness of classifications and approvers.
2. 2) Provides technical support for enterprise applications to ensure business continuity. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot issues, manage incidents, perform routine maintenance and updates.

Skills: Knowledge of ITIL, strong analytical and communication skills. Knowledge of Data Security tools such as Varonis, MS Purview, MS EntraID is a must.
