Our client is looking Appian Developer with Java knowledge for Long Term project in McLean VA (Hybrid) below is the detailed requirements.
Job Title : Appian Developer with Java knowledge
Location : McLean VA(Hybrid)

Job description:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or equivalent, with 10+ years of relevant hands-on working knowledge on the following.
• You Should have worked on one or more end-to-end Appian BPM implementation (Design/Develop/Deploy/Package).
• Must have a Hands-on development on Appian(17x/18x/19x) BPM applications. Should be able to write SAIL code.
• Good understanding of Appian Objects such as Records, Sites, Actions, Security, Expression Rules, Constants, Query Rules, Web API, Interface Rules, CDTs, Process Models. Constants, Decisions, Integrations, Connected Systems, Data Stores, Groups, etc.
• You Should be able to effectively contribute in the area of screen and workflow designs for moderate sized projects.
• Must be able to leverage Appian technical documentation and Appian user community to build new prototypes as required.
• You should Code, configure, debug, unit test, integration test and document application enhancements.
• Must Support the development of user guides for new projects and enhancements.
• You should Analyze, debug and revise existing application logic difficulties and update documentation as necessary.
• Must Assist project manager in estimating durations for tasks, deliverables and activities.
• You should have Adhere to organizational policies, standards and best practices in application development, documentation, and maintenance that support the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) following Agile iterative development approach.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings.
