Role: Android Tech Lead.

Locations: Seattle, WA/ Bellevue, WA/ Dallas, TX/ Atlanta, GA/ Kansas city, MO (Hybrid Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

 

Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3 Days every week. Local candidate Only.

Minimum 10 Years of experience required.

 

Requirement:

  • The mobile development tech lead will be responsible of coordinating a team of mobile developers.
  • This requires the candidate to have both people coordination and mobile development capabilities.
  • This is a contract role and will report into the Mobile Project Leader.
  • The job may require travel to the client site to interact with client partners and collaborate effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign daily tasks to developers.
  • Understand and assign priorities to offshore teams and individuals.
  • Continuously monitor the quality of the code being delivered.
  • Continuously monitor team productivity and correct inefficient behaviours and habits.
  • Build a strong partnership with QA leaders and Team Members to reinforce that Quality is the highest priority.
  • Supervise code reviews, merge requests, and all aspects of the Dev Ops process.
  • Teach and be an example of Agile Best Practices.

 

Specialized Knowledge & Required Skills:

  • Able to write technical requirements and assign sub-tasks to development teams.
  • Comfortable managing and coaching team members; address poor performance immediately and provide instruction to rectify.
  • Prior experience in developing an E2E mobile solution SDK and library integration experience.
  • Current knowledge of last mobile technology tools.
  • Full understanding of integration architecture and technologies.
  • +5 Years experience on the above skills is required.
  • Thorough knowledge and experience implementing and leading Agile methodology.
  • Fluent technical English is required.
  • Able to be calm under pressure and strongly advocate for the team’s best interest to Client partners.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • UX/UI skills are considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of Web programming languages is considered a plus.
