Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced AI Quality Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, and ethical compliance of our AI systems. This role focuses on validating the full lifecycle of generative and predictive AI models, AI-driven automation, and RPA solutions, ensuring they are production-ready and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute end-to-end testing and validation for AI services, including ML models, generative AI, agentic workflows, and automation solutions.
- Perform data quality validation, model performance testing (Precision, Recall, F1, MAE), and drift detection in production environments.
- Conduct adversarial testing, bias and fairness monitoring, and ensure compliance with AI governance standards.
- Design and validate RPA (UiPath) test strategies, including AI-to-RPA handoff points, and manage defect lifecycle through resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and apply prompt engineering to improve AI testing and quality processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years in Software Quality Engineering, with 2+ years in AI/ML and UiPath automation testing.
- Strong understanding of OCR, NLP, and LLM architectures.
- Preferred experience in Java, Python, Salesforce, GCP, and system integrations using SQL, REST APIs, and GKE.
