CLIENT FEEDBACK:
1. Overly Broad Skill Set
• The resume lists almost every major tool, framework, and cloud service in AI/ML, including:
o All major LLMs, vector DBs, orchestration tools, cloud platforms, and statistical methods.
o Full-stack development tools (ReactJS, Next.js, Angular, etc.) and even UI/UX tools (Figma). • This breadth is unusual for a single candidate, even with 10+ years of experience. 2. Repetition Across Roles • The Mailerport and State of MA roles have identical bullet points in several places. • Phrases like “Formulated predictive models to forecast product category wise order volumes…” appear in multiple job descriptions. 3. Timeline Compression • Claims 10+ years of AI/ML experience, but the earliest AI/ML-specific role starts in 2016.
• Prior roles (2012–2016) are labeled as Data Analyst / Junior Data Scientist, but include advanced ML techniques and tools that were not widely adopted at the time (e.g., SageMaker, DASK).
4. Overuse of Buzzwords
• Heavy use of terms like Agentic AI, LangChain, RLHF, ONNX, TruLens, FastMCP, etc., which are very recent and often used to inflate AI credentials.
• May indicate resume was optimized for keyword matching rather than reflecting actual depth.
