Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Developer with strong healthcare domain expertise to design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions supporting clinical, operational, and business use cases. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with healthcare data and ensures compliance with regulations such as HIPAA.
Key Responsibilities
AI / ML Development
Design, develop, train, and deploy ML/DL models for:
Clinical decision support
Patient risk prediction
Medical imaging analysis
NLP for clinical notes (EHR/EMR)
Claims analytics & fraud detection
EHR/EMR
HL7 / FHIR
Claims, payer & provider data
Clinical notes, labs, imaging metadata
Translate healthcare business and clinical needs into AI solutions
Ensure HIPAA, data privacy, and security compliance
Engineering & Deployment
Develop solutions using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
Deploy models using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Build APIs and microservices for ML model integration
Implement MLOps, CI/CD, model monitoring, and retraining
Collaboration
Work closely with data engineers, clinicians, product managers, and stakeholders
Communicate AI/ML concepts to non-technical audiences
Support production issues and continuous improvement

Technical
Strong Python programming (mandatory)
MLOps & model lifecycle management
Healthcare (Must-Have)
Prior experience with healthcare clients or healthcare data
Understanding of EHR/EMR systems & healthcare workflows
Knowledge of HL7, FHIR standards
HIPAA compliance experience
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field
