Job Description:
• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 2+ years of AI / Gen AI
• AI/ML Knowledge: Familiarity with core AI/ML concepts, technologies, and the AI project lifecycle (from data preparation to model deployment).
• Understanding of model performance metrics, bias and explainability Lead the architecture, design and integration of AI models into production systems and enterprise applications.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translate complex AI concepts, and present project updates.
• Leadership and Team Building: Ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster a collaborative environment, and manage diverse skill sets.
