Job Title: AI/Gen AI Architect
Location: Sunnyvale, CA – Onsite
Duration: Contract
Responsibilities:
• Drive the end-to-end machine learning project lifecycle using best practices and well-managed software delivery.
• Lead the design and development of virtual assistants and chatbots using conversational AI platforms.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify challenges that can be solved with AI/ML and deliver high-impact solutions. • Apply LLM technologies (Gemini, GPT) and Agentic AI frameworks (Langchain, Langraph, CrewAI) to build enterprise solutions. • Integrate bot systems with backend systems, databases and APIs to enable seamless data exchange. • Implement AIOps capabilities such as anomaly detection, event correlation, capacity prediction, analytics and predictions. • Provide technical guidance on observability tools such as Prometheus, Splunk, Datadog and Grafana.
• Troubleshoot complex distributed environments and optimize performance.
Required Skills:
• 10-15 years of experience implementing AI/ML models in enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, large language models and anomaly detection.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow.
• Minimum 5 years designing, developing and deploying conversational bots.
• Hands-on experience with NLP, NLU, Conversational AI and web-services integration.
• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter able to work independently.
