Senior Tableau Report / ETL Developer
Location: Hartford, CT (505 Hudson Street). Hybrid, in office 1 day/week or 2 days every 2 weeks.
Local candidates only.
Role focus: Tableau reporting and ETL/database development for DCF’s child welfare systems (LINK / CCWIS modernization). This is a data and reporting role, not a .NET developer role.
Nice to have: Salesforce, MuleSoft
Must-have skills
• 10+ years total IT experience
• 5+ years Tableau report development
• 5+ years complex SQL / T-SQL (stored procedures, triggers, query tuning)
• 5+ years ETL (SSIS or Talend) and SSRS
• SSIS deployment via Git, environment variables and SQL Agent jobs
• Database architecture, data marts and data modeling
• Legacy-to-new data migration, data mapping, validation and reconciliation
• FTP/SFTP file transfer in SSIS
• Version control: Git / Team Foundation (TFS)
• Multiple DBMS (SQL Server, DB2)
